Boat Building:By Appointment

Brokerage: 10% of selling price (or minimum $750)

Storage Rates:

• Outside$ 35.00 per foot
• Inside$ 70.00 per foot
• Inside heated $ 135.00 per foot
• Dinghy $ 90.00 outside $180.00 inside
• Spars (Inside)$ 3.00 per foot
• Boat Move or Launch/Haul $ 8.00 per foot
• Crane fees $ 175.00 per hour (minimum)
• Cradle Rental $ 100.00 per season
• Boat Stands Rental $ 12.00 per stand per season
• Frame and Cover $ 8.00 per foot plus labor
• Environmental disposal fee: 1.75% invoice

Note:

General Labor Rate: $ 54.00 per hour Includes: woodworking, painting, varnishing, composite work, boat & dinghy handling and all miscellaneous commissioning & decommissioning work.

Storage rates are based on 3 seasons, boats not launched will be charged 25% summer storage fee. In water Service Rates: Minimum fee, one hour.

Mechanical, Electrical, Sails & Rigging and Plumbing $ 60.00 per hour Cleaning $ 45.00 per hour
