COMMENTS: Magic was acquired by her current owner in 2004.  She underwent a complete restoration by the Landing School in 2004-2005.  The restoration was lead by Systems Program Instructor Ken Rusinek, Naval Architect.

Magic has been restored to like new condition and has had minimal use since all systems, controls, fittings, wiring and plumbing were replaced in 2005

CONSTRUCTION:  The hull is solid hand laid fiberglass.  Topsides are Awlgripped flag blue.  Exterior teak trim was stripped and professionally varnished (10 coats) in 2010. Teak swim platform and custom stainless steel pulpit and anchor roller , side power bow thruster, Cockpit:  Roomy cockpit has ventilation through forward and side opening windows in cockpit, self-bailing cockpit with pressurized freshwater wash down, custom aft bench with cushions, sliding door storage on sides of cockpit Cabin: Teak and holly floors, custom interior and cabinets (French and webb)  Accommodations: Sleeps two comfortably in the V Berth,  Sunbrella cushions , all lighting new 2005,  4 opening ports for ventillation (Lewmar), 22” Lewmar opening hatch

ELECTRIC: All electric wiring, components and distribution panel renewed in 2005

PLUMBING:  Pressure Hot and cold water system (Jabsco pump) Seward water heater (30 gal tank), Electric head and holding tank, easy access to all wiring , sink with hot and cold water in head

ENGINE: Chrysler 250 HP V-8 fresh water cooled, block bench rebuilt in 2005, Borg Warner  Velvet drive transmission, automatic fire suppression system in engine room,Crankcase oil drain pump, spur line cutter, sound insulation in engine box area and cockpit
